It’s been solid for me. The data is usually right. Updates come through fine too. I did notice a couple small mismatches. I sent proof to support. They fixed one of them quickly.

So far, billing has been easy. Payments go through quickly, and I don’t have to dig around to find invoices, which is one of those little mental shortcuts I appreciate when I’m busy. I had one question about billing and support got back to me the same day. Also, no random or weird charges so far, which is a big plus

I had a hard time figuring out the pricing... had to click around a bunch and still wasn’t totally sure what the final cost was or what was actually included. It’d be way better if they just showed the plans and any extra fees upfront

I got everything set up way faster than I expected, which made me wonder why I’d been putting it off for so long. The onboarding was clear and didn’t turn into a bunch of unnecessary back and forth. Support also answered my little questions quickly. So far, I’m really happy with it.

The app does what I need when it actually opens and runs right, so I’m not mad at it.
